From the heart of Corrèze to your table: Mouneyrac’s signature Golden Delicious offer a fine-grained crunch and delicate honeyed sweetness—perfectly balanced for fresh eating and gentle baking.

Hand-picked by fourth-generation growers Serge and Jean-Louis Mouneyrac, these apples trace their lineage back to Louis & François Mouneyrac’s 1928 founding on a family farm. Today the orchards still use low-intervention, integrated pest management techniques passed down through nearly a century of expertise.

– Grown on south-west France’s limestone-clay slopes in Corrèze

– Trees trained to open-canopy systems for optimal sun exposure

– Harvested by hand at peak maturity to lock in flavour and texture

Storage & Shelf Life

Ripening - Allow 2 days at room temperature if picked firm.

Long-term storage - 2 to 4 °C, 90 to 95 % RH for up to 6 weeks.

Keep away from high-ethylene fruits (e.g. bananas) to preserve crunch.
